Companies have found creative ways to re-purpose these barrels as furnishings, creating a new demand for barrel-themed items. You’ve likely seen bourbon barrels in bars or liquor stores, however most people can’t fit full-sized barrels in their homes. We developed the idea to package our bottles inside mini-barrels, so that you can now bring a rustic bourbon barrel into your own home.

The original Bellis Bourbon undergoes a second distillation process to remove impurities for a smooth finish. This proprietary process separates out the fusel alcohols from the flavor, color, and aroma, making the whiskey easy to drink.
Batch #1 of Bellis Bourbon is distilled with wheat instead of rye to create a smooth and creamy flavor. It is aged for over four years and bottled at 90 proof, with notes of both vanilla and caramel.
The tequila used in Bellis Blue Agave is imported from Jalisco, Mexico and infused with cane-neutral spirits to eliminate any “tequila burn”. It is aged for over two months in Bellis Bourbon barrels and bottled at 80 proof.

Colin Santacroce is a veteran of two combat tours to Afghanistan in the United States Army. As a scholarship recipient to Syracuse University, Colin tended bar and quickly realized that customers appreciate bourbon with a smooth finish, but few brands could consistently deliver such a product.
